BLOOMINGTON, Ill., March 5, 2021 —The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) is now accepting proposals for FY22 which strategically align with their three focus areas: Government Relations, Market Development, and Utilization. More details on the ISA proposal process, including timelines, specific focus area requests and strategic plan documents can be viewed here:

The FY22 fiscal year runs from September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022.

Proposals will be evaluated on their effectiveness at addressing the needs of Illinois soybean producers and overall alignment with ISA’s strategic plan. They will also be reviewed for providing a return on ISA’s mission, which is to uphold the interests of Illinois soybean producers through promotion, advocacy, and education.

“The annual project proposal process is an important step in our allocations of checkoff and membership dollars. ISA’s 24 farmer directors will carefully evaluate and consider proposals for funding and will move forward with ideas that are beneficial for Illinois farmers and our industry,” says ISA CEO, John Lumpe.
