The LEAD Program fosters leadership across all stages of the agricultural journey. Participants will:

1. Next Generation: For individuals new to the industry.

  • Focus: Foundations of agriculture, farming basics, and market dynamics.
  • Commitment: 1-year term with 3-5 meetings annually.
  • Activities: Seminars, tours, and hands-on learning.
  • Recognition: Certificate and advancement opportunities.

2. Navigators: For Individuals with advanced farming experience.

  • Focus: In-depth learning about the soy checkoff and its impact on the industry.
  • Commitment: 3-year term with 6-8 meetings annually.
