The Soil and Water Outcomes Fund (SWOF) has expanded opportunities in Illinois for 2023 and enrollment is now open in 68 counties. SWOF provides financial incentives directly to farmers who implement new conservation practices that yield environmental outcomes like carbon sequestration and water quality improvement.
