Events Manager
Stephen Sostaric is the Event Manager for the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA). He works with ISA’s communications team and is a staff member of the Market Development Committee. His tasks include planning of events and meetings as well as completing photography and writing assignments for the communications team.
Sostaric earned his bachelor of arts in geography from Syracuse University and master of urban planning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He previously was public outreach & communications coordinator/ regional planner with the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, where he was responsible for coordinating and tracking agency public outreach activities, including promotion, documentation and meetings.
In his free time, Sostaric enjoys traveling, photography and continually improving his baking and cooking skills. You can often find him along the shores of the Great Lakes following the ships that sail them or visiting National Park Service sites.
