About

Nicole Solberg joins the Illinois Soybean Association as Government Relations Team Coordinator with more than seven years of experience in communications, marketing, and relationship management in Illinois agriculture. Previously, she worked for the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation, leading communications strategy, social media, alumni engagement, and event promotion efforts. Nicole holds a master’s degree in professional writing and rhetoric and enjoys using storytelling and strategic communication to strengthen connections across agriculture. She is excited to join the ISA team and support Illinois soybean farmers.

The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) checkoff and membership programs represent more than 43,000 soybean farmers in Illinois. The checkoff funds market development, soybean production and government relations efforts, while the membership program, Illinois Soybean Growers (ISG) and the Illinois Soybean Growers PAC actively advocates for positive and impactful legislation for farmers at local, state and national levels.
