Ashley (Rice) Haddon is the Content Manager at the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA). In this role, she manages ISA’s copy and editorial needs for press releases, blogs, columns, websites, social media, magazine editorial and more.
Ashley worked on ISA’s Government Relations team before transitioning to the Communications team in 2025. She also previously worked in Government Affairs at COUNTRY Financial and on the FarmWeek team at Illinois Farm Bureau.
Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Communications and Leadership from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences Education and Communications from Purdue University, and a graduate certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management from the University of Illinois. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in Project Management.
Ashley grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Philo, Illinois, where her family still farms today.
