Nicole Butler is the Human Resources Manager for the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA). Nicole leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources programs to include recruiting and hiring, training and development, employee relations, writing and implementing policies and procedures using best practice methods, safety, and compliance with all state and federal labor laws.
Nicole has 16 years of experience working in Human Resources. Her most recent position in HR was serving on a leadership team in the manufacturing sector of Central Illinois where she managed Human Resources/Environmental Health & Safety and oversaw an employee population of 450 employees across 2 facilities. Nicole is an Illinois Central College alumni who studied graphic design and is pursuing her Professional Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and intends to further her education with Certification in Professional Learning and Development (CPLP).
Nicole resides in Normal, Illinois, and has 3 grown sons and a beloved golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, traveling, and reading about history.
