Director

Ryan Frieders farms with his wife and four children in Waterman, Illinois, where they produce soybeans, corn, hay and cattle. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Frieders completed IALF’s Ag Leadership Program in 2008, and Texas A&M’s TEPAP in 2020. Other accomplishments include being a DuPont Young Leader, Illinois SoyLeader, REAP Participant and Farmweek Cropwatcher. Frieders is active in the Indian Creek 425 School Board, DeKalb County Farm Bureau, DeKalb County Adopt a Highway, and Christ the Teacher Parish. Frieders is the director of district 1 and member of the ISA Government Relations Committee.
