Secretary
Dwayne Anderson, from Lynn Center, Illinois, represents District 3, is the Secretary for the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA), and a member of the Government Relations, Finance and Governance Committees. He is also a director of the United Soybean Board (USB) and a representative for the Illinois Grain Insurance Corporation and the American Soybean Association Action Partnership (ASAAP). He is president and managing general partner for Anderson Grain Farms, Inc., and Anderson Family Farms, L.P. He is also an elected board member for Henry County and an active member and past president of the Illinois REALTORS Land Institute. Anderson is a past board member of Orion Community School District and Henry County Farm Bureau, and holds memberships in Illinois Farm Bureau and the Illinois Corn Growers Association. He earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration at Augustana College and has worked in banking, wealth management and real estate for many years. He is also an Accredited Land Consultant, Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist. He and his wife, Pam, have two adult children.
