Director

David Niekamp, Illinois Soybean Association District 8 director from Coatsburg, Illinois, grows corn and soybeans. He served ISA as a director and a term as chairman several years ago. Currently, Niekamp provides committee input into production research areas, such as the Soy Transportation Coalition and the Soy Aquaculture Alliance. He also sits on the Market Development and Finance Committees. Niekamp is a member of the Adams County Farm Bureau, Illinois Corn Growers Association and Knights of Columbus Council 583. He and wife, Linda, have three sons, with the youngest involved with the farm.
