Brock Willard is a soybean, corn, and hog farmer who operates with his grandfather and uncle in Pike County, Illinois. He represents District 12 and is a member of the Market Development and Finance Committees. Willard is also a representative for the Illinois Livestock Development Group (ILDG), ISA’s Soy Innovation Center, and the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF).

The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) checkoff and membership programs represent more than 43,000 soybean farmers in Illinois. The checkoff funds market development, soybean production and government relations efforts, while the membership program, Illinois Soybean Growers (ISG) and the Illinois Soybean Growers PAC actively advocates for positive and impactful legislation for farmers at local, state and national levels.
