Brock Willard is a soybean, corn, and hog farmer who operates with his grandfather and uncle in Pike County, Illinois. Willard represents District 12 and is the Market Development Committee Chairman for the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA). Willard is also a representative for the Illinois Livestock Development Group (ILDG), ISA’s Soy Innovation Center, and the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF).
