Being named an Illinois 20 Under 40 Farmer is a significant honor for Seth Lambert, as it represents his dedication to Illinois agriculture. Looking ahead to the 2024 crop year, Seth is eager to apply the knowledge gained from previous seasons to enhance farming practices and achieve better results. Raising his children, Addison and Rhett, on the family farm brings Seth immense joy, as he passes down farming legacy, values, and traditions to the next generation. One of Seth's main goals in the next 5-10 years is to preserve the farmland he currently farms while investing in new technology and precision farming methods to boost efficiency and profitability.
