From Mount Carroll, Illinois, Olivia Charles is part of a multi-generational farming family where they raise beef cattle, hay, corn, and soybeans. Graduating from the University of Illinois, Olivia’s passion for agriculture is tied to the leadership skills she developed through 4-H, FFA, and Collegiate Farm Bureau. She also works for Beck’s Hybrids, helping farmers across Illinois through seed sales and agronomic support. Olivia is passionate about helping the next generation of farmers return home, bringing new ideas and innovation to the industry. She continues to give back through local 4-H and community outreach, encouraging young people to get involved and pursue agriculture with confidence. Olivia believes that why farming might be a difficult path to enter, it is one of the most fulfilling callings there is.
