About

Joe Migliorini of Granville, Illinois, is carrying on his family’s 80-year-old farming legacy through a diverse operation that includes grain farming, an orchard, and a produce business known as Bojo’s. Alongside his wife, Christine, Joe has embraced the unique diversity of Illinois agriculture from row crops to fruit and vegetables and sees the orchard as both a business and an opportunity to educate the community about where food comes from. For Joe, leadership means instilling the values he grew up with – faith, hard work, and humility – in the next generation, including the young people who work on the farm and his own two sons. Influenced by his parents, grandparents, and uncles, Joe values tradition while recognizing the challenges and opportunities that come with innovation. He believes agriculture’s unpredictability is both humbling and faith-deepening, and he hopes to inspire others to see farming as a life purpose, resilience, and community.
