About

Jaeleigh Waller of Lawrence County, Illinois, helps operate her family’s corn, soybean, wheat, and beef cattle farm while also serving as the Lawrence County Ag Literacy Coordinator and a 4-H club leader. Deeply rooted in her community, Jaeleigh is passionate about connecting people through agriculture through education and outreach. She believes that leadership is not about titles – it’s about showing up, listening, and helping others grow. Inspired by her family and 4-H mentors, Jaeleigh pushes to make agriculture accessible and exciting for the next generation. She hopes to honor her roots, lead with purpose, and inspire others to keep agriculture growing for the future.

The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) checkoff and membership programs represent more than 43,000 soybean farmers in Illinois. The checkoff funds market development, soybean production and government relations efforts, while the membership program, Illinois Soybean Growers (ISG) and the Illinois Soybean Growers PAC actively advocates for positive and impactful legislation for farmers at local, state and national levels.
