Outreach Coordinator

Noelle Neef is an Outreach Coordinator for the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA).

She joined the Government Relations team in January 2023. In her role, Noelle supports policy needs and coordinates legislative visits and events.

Originally from Monticello, Illinois, Noelle graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Leadership and a minor in Food & Agribusiness Management in December 2022. Throughout her collegiate career she served as President of Sigma Alpha and worked for the College of ACES Alumni Association. Additionally, Noelle interned with both The Fertilizer Institute in Washington, D.C., and Illinois Farm Bureau.

The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) checkoff and membership programs represent more than 43,000 soybean farmers in Illinois. The checkoff funds market development, soybean production and government relations efforts, while the membership program, Illinois Soybean Growers (ISG) and the Illinois Soybean Growers PAC actively advocates for positive and impactful legislation for farmers at local, state and national levels. ISA upholds the interests of Illinois soybean farmers through promotion, advocacy, research and education with the vision of becoming a trusted partner of Illinois soybean farmers to ensure their profitability now and for future generations.
