Gilbert, Kaytlin Headshot

External Affairs Specialist

Kaytlin Gilbert is the Government Relations External Affairs Specialist working out of the Illinois Soybean Association Lombard office to develop strategies and programs to effectively accomplish the objectives of ISA.

Kaytlin joins the ISA after working for 6 years in the healthcare space, serving most recently as
the National Organizer of the largest physician-led, non-profit advocating for national health care
reform, Physicians for a National Health Program. In her time at PNHP Kaytlin led several
campaigns and built up PNHP’s external affairs portfolio, building bridges with other advocacy
groups and legislators on the Hill. She is greatly looking forward to bringing her experience in
advocacy to her work at the ISA, on behalf of our farmers.

Kaytlin resides in Winfield, Illinois, with her husband, daughter, and her spunky dog, Mia. In her
free time Kaytlin likes to run, hike, fish, and is a volunteer at the Northwestern Medicine Cross
Country Course in Geneva, IL.
