SoyConnect

Everyone involved in growing, marketing, or processing soybeans recognizes the benefits of developing relationships with other members of the value chain.

To enhance the exchange of knowledge, the Illinois Soybean Association created SoyConnect, an alliance of farmers, merchandisers, processors, and end users who are working to build more value and profit into the supply chain.

SoyConnect business members work with farmer leaders to provide input into soybean promotion strategies; set direction for our disease, weed, and genetic research; and carry out specialized pilot marketing programs. Their insight into the marketing process is helping growers take advantage of more opportunities to produce and sell the value-added crops our customers want.
