Social Responsibility

Why does it matter that consumers, communities and the world lack an understanding of the value of soybeans and soybean products?

They don't know the essential role soybeans and agriculture play in their daily lives... making it easier to support anti-ag sentiments.

For this reason, ISA is committed to collaborating with multiple agricultural organizations to educate the public on the importance of farming in society. These outreach efforts -- funded by the Illinois soybean checkoff -- cover a wide range of areas, from Ag in the Classroom to soyfoods, scholarships to the Illinois Farm Families coalition and more.
