By submitting this form, you hereby acknowledge that a harvest supervisor, who will verify yield results, must be identified and authorized by the Illinois Soybean Association prior to harvest. You also certify the information provided on this form is accurate to the best of your knowledge and agree all Challenge information shall become property of the Illinois Soybean Association and can be used at the discretion of sponsors.

All student entry forms must be received by April 15, 2012.
